  *Conditions for Refund*: Refunds will only be considered if:

  – The recruitment service fails to initiate within the agreed timeframe.

  – The recruitment service does not meet the agreed-upon criteria and no suitable candidates are presented within the specified timeline.

  *Non-Refundable Situations*: Refunds will not be provided if:

  – The client does not respond to communication attempts or provide necessary information for the recruitment process.

  *Cancellation*: Services can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  *Late Cancellation*: Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the resume is delivered may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

  *Cancellation*: Services can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  *Late Cancellation*: Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the content is delivered may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

#### *Recruitment Services*

  *Cancellation*: Services can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  *Late Cancellation*: Cancellations made after 48 hours but before the recruitment process has started may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
