Please read the rules below so that you have an idea of what can and cannot be said or shared with these groups.

  • Content shared on these groups is for # Gethiredmembers ONLY. Content from these groups may NOT be shared with any third party unless otherwise specified.
  • Job and internal reference related information are sensitive as it can impact on the apprehension of the employers, therefore, it is advised that we apply cautiously.
  • NO jokes, religious comments, hate speech, racism, politics, and vulgar language is allowed.
  • In the case of verbal and cyber abuse, the person would be responsible for all legal actions permitted under Cybercrime.
  • The discussions to be limited to a Job posting and career growth only.
  • Be respectful and polite and Be mindful that there is a user of all ages within the group.
  • Admins reserve the right to remove members who won’t adhere to these rules and/or Admins’ instructions.
  • All questions to be addressed privately to admin to avoid arguments and unnecessary discussions.
  • This forum is a free service provided by the #Gethired team.
  • Once evicted from the Group, you won’t be allowed to be part of any of #Gethired groups.
  • Since we are directly working with HR managers and most of them are supposed to be part of these groups, please be professional while conducting yourself on the forum.
  • Each member is allowed to be part of only 1 group unless he /she is authorized as regular contributors by team #Gethired and allowed to be part of multiple groups.
  • You are requested to subscribe to paid channels for the end to end services.
  • These groups are meant for Management Graduate professionals only and for technical professionals we have other groups.
  • To be active in the groups – like sharing Job updates on the forum, taking part in Offline Meetups, sharing job updates on LinkedIn. Inactive members would be evicted by the end of the month.
  • The threshold for an active member- Minimum 8+ Shares on LinkedIn(Sharing #Gethired Jobs), 5+ New Job updates in the Group in a month.
  • This platform is idle for Networkers – unless one network participates, meets, greets it won’t be a fruitful exercise for one. If any person(male/female) who are present in the community and have not filled out the membership form ( not accepted the community acknowledgement ) may be proceeded under Section 43 (b) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) for data theft,  Section 70(B) of the IT Act, 2000 (Data breach) 

Community Tasks:


  • To share job updates in the group and help others in the process.
  • To promote #Gethired community across social media platforms – LinkedIn, Whatsapp.
  • To encourage others to be part of #Gethired groups
  • To take part in Offline Meetups conducted in a particular city.
  • To share job updates on your LinkedIn Network as your receive on the forum. Inactive members would be evicted from the groups. Minimum 8+ Shares on LinkedIn(Sharing #Gethired Jobs), 5+ New Job updates in the Group in a month.
  • To be active in Gathered Blogs, Facebook pages, GethiredMeetups.
  • To contribute in terms of write-ups, designs, stories, personal stories, articles, motivational- stories, videos, resume tips, cover letter tips.

Community acknowledgment


  • I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Gethiredcommunity ’s rule and regulations.
  • I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to read and familiarize myself with the policies and procedures contained in the Handbook.
  • I understand that except for community membership at-will status, any and all policies or practices can be changed at any time by the #Gethired Team.
  • I understand and agree that nothing contained in the Handbook is intended to be, or may be construed.
  • I understand and agree that I am an “at-will” #Gethired member, which means that I am free to terminate my membership at any time.
  • Likewise, #Team Gethired may terminate my membership for any reason, at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.
  • I understand and agree that the community does not guarantee or promise that I will receive any warnings, counseling, progressive discipline or corrective action prior to termination.
  • I understand and agree that only the #Gethired has the authority to make any such agreement and then only in writing signed by both the parties and me. I confirm that I will not be sharing any other irrelevant posts , content , promotional, posts , multilevel marketing content, misinformation, misleading, surveys, advertisements, affiliates in the forum and I will be actively sharing the content that’s relevant and resourceful as per the vision-mission-goals of the community. 
  • I may be evicted and legal action under Section 153A /Section 153B of IPC /Section 295A /Section 505 /Sec 188 /Section 66C /Sec 66D Section 54 of Disaster Management Act /Section 68 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951/Section 144 and Section 144(3) of Criminal Procedure Code 1973. 
  • If I’m found maligning the brand name of Gethiredglobal and spreading misinformation/rumors, I will be proceeded under Defamation law – Section 499 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) or 500. 
  • My signature certifies that I understand that the foregoing agreement on at-will status is the sole and entire agreement between the Gethiredand me concerning the duration of my membership and the circumstances under which my membership may be terminated.
  • It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations concerning my membership with the Company.
